Today Glenn and I will be speaking at the Internet Sales 20-Group in Holland (#ISG20) hosted by Paul De Vries. The meeting will start at 1:00 PM in Amersfoort at the Van Der Valk Hotel. Paul will open up the meeting discussing his latest research and data on Internet Sales Processes. Glenn will be speaking on how to build successful teams in the dealership.
Then I will be closing with two topics. The first is how to understand the role, metrics, and ROI of third party classified advertising websites. The second topic will be the 10 things any dealer must do when considering a change of website providers.
