Mentoring Program, which runs for three months, includes:

  • Complete online training course with topical videos and quizzes
  • Access to all content for six months to allow managers to review mentoring strategies with their teams
  • Weekly live webinars, which will also be recorded and added to course in case managers cannot attend a weekly live webinar
  • Personal skills assessment of each registered manager at the end of the program.
