TRAINING PACKAGE #1

A presentation at traditional 20-Group meetings which would be two hours in length. In this model, we will asktwo dealers to share access to the Google Analytics and website data so that we can create a customized marketing presentation based on a current marketing opportunity for dealers.

TRAINING PACKAGE #2

A presentation at traditional 20-Group meetings which would be four hours in length. In this model, we will askfive dealers to share access to the Google Analytics and website data so that we can create a customized marketing presentation. The more dealers who participate, the more customized the presentation is to the audience, which yields greater engagement and insights.

TRAINING PACKAGE #3

A full-day (6-8 hour) dedicated workshop on digital marketing strategy. In this model, we would need 5-10 dealers to share access with their Google Analytics and website data so we can customize the training materials. The full-day workshop will cover manager level training on SEO, social media advertising, Google Ads, Google Business Profiles, and marketing measurement. In the model we will have two educators, which breaks up the speaking and fosters more effective hands-on coaching. 

TRAINING PACKAGE 4

This workshop runs for 1.5-2 days and includes all of the training from Package #3, plus additional time for Q&A with the educators and a deeper dive into the insights. It also includes a two-hour pre-planning call with the attendees to review the workshop content and set expectations, scheduled 3-4 weeks prior to the meeting to allow all for preparation.
